Edgework was founded with an ambitious purpose: to passionately serve organizations and communities that have dedicated themselves to achieving a level of excellence that elevates them to a status that can only be described as ‘world class.’
We have built our practice around a simple and transformative principle:
- For individuals, organizations and communities to achieve the level of change and growth that is required to truly achieve excellence, they must push themselves and allow themselves to be pushed outside of their comfort zone and into an arena where challenge, perseverance, creativity, resilience, teamwork and leadership are the norm.
